Rodizio Grill at Hamilton Place is looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Bilingual Host/Hostess who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.

As the first face our guests see and the last person they interact with before leaving, our hosts play an essential role in creating an exceptional dining experience. We're looking for someone with a welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Communicate confidently with guests and team members in both English and Spanish.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other team members.
  • Assist guests with questions about our unique Brazilian steakhouse dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and help create memorable dining experiences.
  • Support team members as needed to ensure exceptional guest service.

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a dependable work ethic.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy shifts.
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
